Gardening season is here—but that doesn’t mean your back has to suffer through it. 🌿

Whether you’re digging, planting, weeding, or just spending more time outside, your pelvis, SI joint, and low back are working harder than you might realize. And if they’re not fully supported, you may feel it later—tightness, soreness, or even pain that lingers for days.

The truth is, a lot of us jump into spring and summer activities without giving our bodies the prep they need. I see it all the time—clients who love getting out into their gardens or working in the yard, but then find themselves paying for it with discomfort that interrupts everything else they want to enjoy.

That’s where nervous system-informed movement makes all the difference.

In this video, I’m sharing a short and powerful sequence of movements to help you:
✨ Stabilize your pelvis + SI joint
✨ Support your low back before and after activity
✨ Move with more ease, strength, and connection

These aren’t your typical stretches or generic back exercises. They’re intentional isometric movements that honor your nervous system and help your body feel safe, grounded, and strong from the inside out.

You can use these exercises before gardening to prevent strain—or afterward to release tension and support recovery. They’re also perfect anytime you want to feel more connected to your core and center.
