This program is full of gentle, developmental movement sequences that provide the effects of meditation without sitting in stillness. Think of it as meditation for wiggle worms.
I’m a former meditation “drop out” myself! It was my personal struggle to find the calm that prompted me to create this program!
I couldn’t sit still or quiet my racing thoughts, and inevitably felt like a failure, leaving each session scolding myself to “Try HARDER!”
But then around 2006, I realized that “trying harder” may not actually be the answer…
What if, instead of beating myself up, I extended the same grace to myself that I gave to my clients and patients daily? If one of my clients were facing these same issues, what would I do for them? I certainly wouldn’t berate them for wiggling during meditation. In fact, I’d do the opposite. I’d figure out a way to meet them where they already were. This program is designed to meet you where you and your nervous system where you are at and gently MOVE you out of the fight, flight, freeze and INto the peace and calm. “
I have physical limitations and can’t engage in traditional exercise.
This program is full of gentle techniques that can be done seated, standing and even lying down. People have successfully done the
exercises lying in bed when getting on the floor is a challenge. If you can bring your arms to your belly button you can
do this program! “
I don’t have 30-60 minutes a day to spend on meditation or exercise
This program was created for the busy, overwhelmed person with an overflowing list of responsiblities.
It’s designed with realistic, 3-10 min movements that can be done daily or a few times a week.
Each week one longer “Work IN” movement sequence (30-60 min) is provided that can be done anytime that is convenient for you.
It’s SO empowering to feel you can tackle that to do list when you have organized your nervous system so you approach each day with a calm, focused energy instead of feeling scattered and stressed.”

HI, I’m Kelly!
I’m an OT, developmental movement specialist and
Brain + Body +Biome expert that works with high acheiving, (and often depleted) individuals that desire to move from overwhelm to a state of peace and calm using simple self-regulation techniques.
I’m a former meditation “drop-out” who realized sitting
still with the incessant chatter IN my head didn’t align
with the needs of my nervous system.
I still desired to feel less anxious and more calm, but learned I needed to MOVE towards nervous system integration. This prompted me to travel the country studying and becoming certified IN Brain+Body techniques such as Brain Gym, Reflex INtegration and more!
Why I created this:
I was so excited about this discovery that I immediately started sharing my synergy of techniques with my long time clients, and in just a matter of weeks, their lives would shift in profound ways they hadn’t expected!
I continued to refine and streamline the delivery of the program, inspired by the high achieving but often depleted individuals (which I totally understood personally) that I have had the honor of working with for over 20 years. I’m delighted to have easy tools and rituals that can be seamlessly incorporated into even the most jam packed day!

No special equipment needed! Many of the exercises or regulation rituals can be done standing beside your desk, IN the kitchen waiting for water to boil~truly wherever! You may wish to have a mat for the workIN segments if you choose to do this portion of the program on the floor. Many people access it lying down IN their bed or on a comfortable sofa.
No crazy pretzel twisting positions here!! Many of the movements are done standing or seated! If getting on the floor is not your jam, no problem!! You can do the lying down portions in your bed or on a sofa!
You have access to the content for the lifetime of the program. Once you complete the program and move forward with an INtegrated Nervous System you can refer back to sections you need to help fortify you as life gets stressful.
You can get started right away and feel shifts IN your nervous system IN as little as 5 min daily or a few times per week.The longest segment in each module is 40-45 min and can be done whenever it fits into your life.
