We use the small balls to safely open the restricted areas and then fortify that new range of motion with stability work. FOUNDATIONS: Feet + Face 30 min virtual class

Are you experiencing jaw tension or pain? Headaches?  How about those cranky, sore feet and tight legs?

This 30 min ball rolling class is just what your body needs!! We use the foot wakers to re-align and re-invigorate the feet setting off a positive ripple effect all the way up the body. We also do super yummy work with the face ball opening up the sinuses, relaxing the jaw, and alleviating headaches. 

Aligning and strengthening your feet provides a solid base so the ankles, knees, hips, and spine can optimally function.  And when you open, release and align the facial bones and soft tissue your vision improves, sinuses open and our jaw finds the long-awaited ease it’s been seeking!!  When your feet and face are supported everything else IN between falls in place!! 

Join us virtually Tues a.m. at 8:30 a.m. EST.  Getting the kids to school or yourself to the office at that time?  No problem, a replay is provided each week.
