Re-entry after traveling πŸš™πŸš‹βœˆοΈ is no joke!!

After 10 days away (many going from 7 a.m. until 11 p.m. or after.⏰️), I felt (and feelβ€”still recoveringβ€”LOL) deep exhaustion. πŸ₯±

The kind that permeates every cell IN your body.

We made aΒ  choice to pack our schedule to the brim after the girls’ dance festival, which included three exhilarating (at least that’s how 2 teens would describe it😳) days at Universal Studios!

It wasn’t your typical relaxing vacation, but the memories we created with the girls made every moment worth it!

Arriving home from the airport at 9:30, I could have easily crashed into bed. However, I knew that taking a little time to unpack and organize would set the tone for a smoother day ahead, for work and school.

Despite the late hour, I rolled up my sleeves and tackled the daunting task of unpacking and setting up for the next day knowing that I would have to lean INto my Nervous System Regulation tools to fuel my energy reserves for a busy day aheadβ€”full of client sessions & Uber Momming.

The video above showcases what I did first thing the next morning and on repeat during that first day of re-entry to keep myself energized and centered amidst the hustle and bustle of that first day back!

Try this sequence anytime you need a boost of energy or while traveling!

Keep Moving & INtegrating!
