It’s almost Thanksgiving which means I’m seeing so many people come in that are struggling with aches, stiffness and soreness from holiday prep and/or travel.  Your body may be cranky after standing in the kitchen cooking for hours on end.  Or perhaps you have what I like to jokingy call “Planes, Trains and Automobiles” syndrome (but these aches in your body are NO joke).  You know when your body has been squished into a plane seat or been on a car ride for way tooooooo long!!
