You know I love to nerd out on all things brain + body, and recently, I got to take a deep dive into one of my favorite topics—neuroplasticity. 🤓🧠
If you’re not familiar, neuroplasticity is your brain’s ability to adapt, rewire, and create new connections—something I see in action every day through movement and nervous system regulation. And let me tell you, the more I learn, the more I’m in awe of what’s possible when we give our nervous system the right inputs.
The coolest part? Short, intentional practices can create real shifts in how we feel & FUNction—especially when our nervous system is thrown off.
And if you’ve been feeling like you lost more than just an hour of sleep with the time change, that’s exactly what’s happening. Your nervous system is struggling to catch up.
Springing forward sounds great in theory—more daylight, fresh starts—but let’s be real… your brain and body thrive on rhythm, and when the clocks shift, your internal clock struggles to keep up. The result?
❌ Disrupted sleep & sluggish mornings
❌ Midday crashes that hit hard
❌ Feeling wired but exhausted at the same time
But here’s the good news: you don’t have to just wait for your body to “adjust” on its own.
I put together a quick video with two simple movements that will help you:
✅ Boost energy naturally (no caffeine required ☕🚫)
✅ Nourish reflexes tied to spinal health, brain function & sustained energy
✅ Re-sync your nervous system so you can feel clear, focused & steady
These aren’t just any movements—they help activate deep brain-body connections so you feel energized without the jittery crash.
📹 Check them out IN the video above!
Here’s to moving with the time change, not against it. ⏳💛
Wishing you ease & energy,
💗Kelly
