You’re overwhelmed and not sure how to move forward during this unusual time.   I know how hard it is to find a peaceful space with IN yourself right now.   It’s harder to feel at PEACE. To move INto PEACE. To choose PEACE

It doesn’t have to be complicated.  You don’t have to sit in silence with your mind racing to find the calm.   You can go back to simple movements that re-connect you to your breath, align your senses, and Integrate your reflexes.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Join IN virtually on Sun, April 26th at 4:30 EST as we re-connect to our breath, process and INvite IN the parasympathetic (peaceful) nervous system.  Leave realizing that you are not alone and PEACE really can be a choice even when the world is confusing, uncertain and panic swirls all around. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

No equipment required. Bring a mat or towel, water bottle, open mind and receptive heart. You may wish to have paper and pen nearby to record INsights.
