When people think about digestion, they usually think about food choices, probiotics, or maybe even cleanses. But in my 20+ years as a visceral manual therapist, I’ve seen one thing overlooked again and again: the organs themselves.

Your organs aren’t just sitting quietly in your body. They’re constantly moving, shifting, and playing a direct role in how your digestion and elimination actually work. And if they don’t have balanced tone, everything else  from your food to your supplements ends up working against you instead of for you.

One organ that deserves special attention? The liver.

The liver is a huge player in digestion, but it’s also tied to emotions like anger. When the liver isn’t supported, it doesn’t just affect how you process food. It can also leave you backed up, exhausted, or even struggling with musculoskeletal issues like low back pain (a surprising but very real connection).

That’s why in this video, I’m sharing a very simple liver exercise you can do at home. It only takes a few minutes and can help you:
✅ Support healthy digestion
✅ Ease tension connected to the liver
✅ Process emotions like anger more effectively
✅ Even relieve strain that shows up elsewhere in the body

✨ Watch the video now, and if you want to go deeper, join me for my FREE Gut Ready Webinar. You’ll learn how organ exercises like this open your body’s pathways of elimination, support your nervous system, and help you process emotions that are directly tied to digestion and elimination.
