We recommend the following guidelines for Inspired Wellness:



Practice intentions of kindness… to yourself, your body and others

Be sure to respect and listen to your body. If you are experiencing discomfort with any movement, stop and communicate this to your practitioner. Also, remember others are taking a huge step toward their wellness just by stepping in the door, send them kindness and support!

Keep your talk and self-talk positive

The world is filled with too many opportunities to feel bad about ourselves. Be mindful in the words you choose to describe yourself, your body and others. We have been known to ask someone engaging in “negative self-talk” to follow up with twice as many “positive self-statements” before we will let them leave!

Be mindful of volume

Our space is an intimate boutique setting, so we request that you use an “indoor voice.” This allows everyone to fully focus.

No cell phones please

While these little inventions are great at helping us conduct business and stay connected to family, remember that this is the “self-care” time you and others have worked hard to carve out for yourself! Give the gift of self-care FULLY to yourself and others!

Avoid fragrance and scents

To respect those with sensitivities, we request that you refrain from wearing heavy scents or perfumes at the center.

Arrive on time

In order to get the most of your session or class, please arrive early or on time. Certain classes require demonstration prior to onset so you may participate fully. When participating in movement sessions, we encourage you to come early and prepare with a warm-up on the cardio equipment. Your practitioner will help you choose and understand how to use the best equipment for your warm-up.

Get proper pre-session nourishment

Your body needs fuel for your activities or treatments. Eat lightly prior to participation and refrain from eating heavy meals for 2–3 hours prior to movement. We have healthy, nourishing products for purchase at the center which would serve as excellent light snacks.

No jewelry or oils please

These may damage our equipment and could be distracting or unsafe for you. Please refrain from wearing them to your sessions.

Please remove shoes upon entering

Please remove shoes upon entering to assist us in keeping the space healthy and clean! Bring clean, dry sneakers to wear on the cardio equipment. For the best support and mileage from your sneakers, it is advisable to wear your best sneakers only for cardio activities. After you have “retired” them they make great shoes to wear around outside!
