I have really enjoyed seeing Kelly Hale for Brain Gym. I've been using it primarily to help with my memory, creativity, and stress level. What I appreciate about Brain Gym is that you can do it daily, in the comfort of your own home, and it just takes a few minutes. The benefits I've noticed from Brain Gym are increased energy, a feeling of ease even in the midst of stress, and my issues with memory seem to be improving. What Kelly helped me to see was that my response to stress, real or perceived, added to my stress level. So that every time I would get upset about my memory or a stressful situation, that feeling of upset would sit in my body and make things even worse! She helped me to distinguish between the upset itself and my reaction to it. It has left me feeling powerful in the face of any circumstances.
